Cathy Fyock, CSP, SPHR is an Employment Strategist and author of five books, and works with organizations in developing strategies to recruit and retain top talent in an aging and changing workplace.  She is currently an HR Consultant with Kushner & Co., an employee benefits and HR consulting practice.
