Glenna Salsbury has been a member of NSA since 1980. She received the CSP designation in 1985 and in 1990 she received the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame award. In 1992 Glenna was elected to the National Board of Directors of NSA. She was the 1994 Convention Chair, has served as our National Secretary and was our National President in 1997-98.

In 2005 Glenna was honored with the highest award given in NSA, the Cavett Award. This award is received by those who have demonstrated the Spirit of Cavett year after a year in NSA.

Known for her spontaneity, humor and high energy, Glenna is an extraordinary communicator. All of her business, with the exception of referrals from other speakers or bureaus, can be traced to one speech she gave in a meeting in Southern California in 1980!

Glenna speaks on leadership, balance, inspiration and communication within the corporate culture, as well as for associations and small business owners. Many of her clients appear on the Fortune 500 list. Participants report accelerated shifts in their perspectives, a reordering of priorities and a new appreciation of their careers and associates.

A graduate of Northwestern University, Glenna holds a Masters Degree from UCLA and a Masters from Fuller Seminary. She was married to the late Jim Salsbury, a former Detroit Lion and Green Bay Packer. She is the mother of three daughters and resides with her family in Scottsdale, Arizona.
