He founded Bon advertising at the age of 29. Bon became the second largest advertising agency in Kentucky and the third largest in Louisiana billing over $14,000,000.00 a year. Joe began speaking to audiences about sales, customer service and marketing in 1965 as an advertising manager for the General Electric Company.   The demand for his speaking became so great that he sold his advertising agency in 1989 to pursue a career in helping businesses grow their sales. Since then he has spoken to thousands of different companies, associations, and groups from London, to the Philippines, and in every state in the USA.
