As an Employment Strategist with Innovative Management Concepts, Cathy Fyock has been helping organizations develop strategies to recruit and retain top talent in an aging and changing workforce for nearly 20 years.

A speaker at the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) annual conference since 1986, she’s been on faculty for the HR Generalist program from 1991 - 2006. She served as chairman of the Human Resource Certification Institute board and the SHRM Consultants Forum board of governors, and has been a speaker for SHRM local chapters and state conferences. In addition to SHRM, her clients include Papa John's International, Bridgestone/Firestone, Rite-Aid, and AARP.

Cathy is a Senior Professional in Human Resources. SPHR is an industry achievement certification awarded to top professionals within the HR industry. It is based on both the expertise in the core principles of HR practice and the application of those principles.

Cathy Fyock is the author of Hiring Source Book, Get the Best: How to Recruit the People You Want, UnRetirement, and America’s Work Force is Coming of Age. Her newest book, The Truth about Hiring the Best, will be released in September of 2007.
