Kelly Watkins, MBA, has witnessed communication blunders and
blessings all over the planet (on all 7 continents, in 28
countries, and in all 50 US states). Kelly shares her wisdom on
how communication effects leadership and customer service - via
speaking, consulting, customized training, distance learning,
books (five), and articles (125+).
Kelly’s passion is communication. She helps
professionals improve their ability to lead by teaching them to
communicate. Kelly helps managers and executives establish an
exceptional customer service environment (internal & external)
by showing them how to communicate with staff and customers.
Kelly has served as adjunct faculty at various
colleges. She has an MBA degree in Marketing and International
Business, as well as a B.S. degree with Distinction in Marketing
with Honors.
