What’s Your Vision?

The GPS, nearly a constant in our lives!  We use it via mobile phone to determine a sense of direction.  We Googledirections prior to leaving home.  We all need a GPS at one time or another. I ask you to think of the GPS in another light – one of providing direction to you as you explore your future, reimagine your business, and celebrate your success.  The G is for GOALS; we must have them.  The P is for PATH, and we need that as well.  And, finally, the S is for SYSTEMS, for without a system in place, our success would be limited.  Going without a GPS is like starting a cross-country trip without a map. In this interactive session, explore the concept of the GPS in jumpstarting your 2023, using your GPS as a guide.

A global thought leader in the healthcare space, Sharon brings three decades of senior executive experience to the table. Today, she is a Business Acceleration Coach, leading a top consulting organization, an award-winning author of 19 books and over 150 peer-reviewed manuscripts. Her new book, Think Differently, was published in July 2022

Sharon is a master storyteller and a voice for aspiring and existing leaders. A Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and member of the Academy's Health Behaviors Expert Panel, she addresses burnout, stress and crisis management, service excellence, and leadership. An Advisor to Roche and Bayer/U.S. and Germany through the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) Ambassador Program, she chairs HBA's Coaching/Training/Consulting Council.

Sharon has dedicated her career to advancing next generation leaders. Past President of NSA-DC, and a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), she is immediate past chair of the Certification Process for The National Speakers Association (NSA). By identifying the attitudes, skills, and behaviors that send the right signals and influence others, she facilitates better outcomes, executive presence, and a voice for aspiring and existing leaders. She began her career in nursing and received graduate level degrees in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, and Gerontology. She is a recipient of the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) Dr. Thomas Frist Humanitarian Award.

For the past 20 years, Sharon has created a Vision Board during the last two weeks of December, setting a GPS for the New Year. To Sharon, the GPS is Goals, Path and Systems…for family, health, career, and society. Join her as she walks you through her unique process!
